New Client Consultation & Assessment

Service Description

Welcome to Charm Clinic! If you are a new client, please book with this service. We will go through a detailed consultation to find out what is your beauty goal and plan to achieve it. All clients having Cosmetic treatments require a complimentary consultation with Nurse Jaeyoung or Lucy or Beautician Janie to determine if the client is suitable for treatment. A $50 deposit is required in advance for all cosmetic treatment bookings. Your booking deposit can be redeemed on your treatment or product. To cancel or reschedule your booking, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. During the appointment, if it is deemed by the Nurse that the client is not suitable for treatment or if the client chooses in their appointment not to proceed with treatment, the deposit will be refunded. If a client cancels the appointment within 24 hours or is a no show, the deposit will be kept.
