Jae is an Australian Registered Nurse practising in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic medicine since 2014. She has completed local and international training under certified practitioners, with a particular focus on Korean aesthetic technique.
Her approach is guided by a simple principle: less is more. She will only recommend a treatment if she genuinely believes it will benefit you, and every new client begins with a full consultation before any treatment is considered.
Jae's training and ongoing education sit alongside a steady, consultation-first approach to client care, building long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions.

Before working in the field, she was a cosmetic treatment client herself, an experience that shaped how she listens to and supports each person she sees.She works alongside Jaey at Charm Clinic, with a focus on safety, precision, and a calm, supportive consultation process for every client.

Janie is a dermal beauty therapist with experience in K-Beauty, having begun her skincare career in Korea in 2019.
She sees skincare as a long-term practice rather than a single fix and her approach centres on restoring balance and supporting lasting skin health over time. With training in aromatherapy massage and traditional Korean facial massage technique, she tailors each treatment to the individual skin and goals in front of her.Janie is known for creating a calm, fun and comfortable environment that clients are glad to return to.
